At Impossible Foods, a sustainable foodtech company that develops delicious, nutritious meat and dairy products from plants that achieves a much smaller environmental footprint than meat from animals, Laurent is driven by his passion to make a positive impact on the environment through plant-based meats and creating a community-led movement for a sustainable future. Thanks to Laurent's vast experience in food service in Singapore and Europe, he has helped consumers, restaurants and grocery stores make the jump in displacing animal-derived foods with their plant-based products. Prior to Impossible Foods, Laurent led the commercial teams at Deliveroo in Belgium and Singapore, where he managed a portfolio of over 6,000 restaurants, ranging from top international chains to local favorites. Laurent holds a Master in Management from ESCP Europe.
