Hiroyuki leads startup investments across the Asia-Pacific region for the Japan team at Ajinomoto Group Ventures and contributes to strategic planning. Previously, he launched Japan’s first agriculture-focused investment fund at Japan Asia Investment Co., Ltd., a listed Japanese venture capital firm. He is also a founding member of a public-private fund established by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) and has led investments in numerous agri-food technology startups and SMEs in Japan. With extensive experience in venture investment and sector innovation, Hiroyuki continues to drive growth and collaboration in the agri-food ecosystem.
