Chris is the General Manager of the Nutrition & Health Technology Centre at Angel Yeast. With over a decade of experience in nutritional health food R&D, she has led multiple provincial, municipal, and national key research projects, including two national-level R&D programmes as a core sub-project member. She has received three provincial/ministerial science and technology awards, notably the First Prize of Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in 2025, ranked first. She holds 59 filed invention patents, of which 19 have been granted, including one international patent, and has authored over 30 papers and co-edited 4 monographs, serving as deputy editor-in-chief for one.
