Nalinee is the Head of R&D at Charoen Pokphand Foods (CPF) Public Company Limited, an agro-industrial and food conglomerate headquartered in Thailand. She oversees product development and innovation across CPF’s food portfolio, spanning the core meat business as well as future growth opportunities in alternative proteins, health and wellness, and more. With extensive experience in building high-performing teams, leading organisational change, and formulating strategy, Nalinee is also adept at leveraging Open Innovation to drive business results. Prior to joining CPF, she spent 20 years at Mars Petcare, where she held various roles in R&D and Quality Assurance.
