Varun founded Fullife Healthcare aged 23 with a conviction that prevention, not treatment, is the cornerstone of true healthcare. Under his leadership, Fullife has grown into India's largest effervescent manufacturer, with successful acquisition and revitalisation of European assets into profitable businesses. In 2015, he co-founded Fast&Up, India's first effervescent nutrition brand for sports and active living. He oversees international business whilst shaping brand strategy and driving product innovation across the portfolio. A Biotechnology graduate from the University of Leeds, he actively mentors emerging entrepreneurs and invests in companies with disruptive offerings.
