Wasamon is the SciTech Manager at GFI APAC, specialising in plant-based protein. She has over five years of experience working with multinational food companies, where she developed expertise in food proteins and their applications. Prior to joining GFI APAC, Wasamon spent two years in both academia and industry, focusing on developing new talent for the food sector in Thailand. She holds a PhD in Food Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a BSc in Biochemistry from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
