Alicia has over 25 years of experience working in the wide spectrum of R&D functions including product design and development, global and regional regulatory and scientific affairs in various companies such as Pfizer (Asia Pacific), Nestle Research Centre & global headquarters (Switzerland), and Nestle Health Science (Asia, Oceania, ME & Africa). She has worked across a diverse product portfolio for pharmaceuticals, OTC drugs, dietary / food supplements, Food For Special Medical Purposes, health / functional foods and general foods. She is a trained nutritionist and holds a Graduate Cert in Pharmaceutical Products Regulations from Duke-NUS Medical School, Graduate Cert in International Food Law and Regulations and a Master of Jurisprudence from Michigan State University College of Law.
