Alicia brings three decades of experience across a broad range of R&D functions within the consumer healthcare and specialised nutrition industries. She leads an end-to-end regional organisation spanning innovation and product development, regulatory affairs, medical and scientific affairs, packaging, consumer science, project management, external innovation, R&D quality and procurement. Before joining GSK/Haleon, Alicia held senior roles at Pfizer as Head of Regulatory and Medical Affairs for Asia Pacific, and spent 13 years with Nestlé in nutrition product development. Her tenure at Nestlé included positions as Global Regulatory Affairs Expert at the company's headquarters in Switzerland, Health Claims Development and Assessment Scientist at the Nestlé Research Centre in Lausanne, and Regional Head of Regulatory Affairs and Advocacy for Asia, Oceania, Africa and the Middle East at Nestlé Health Science. Alicia is passionate about driving both short-term and long-term innovation grounded in deep consumer insight and trusted science to deliver better everyday health.
