Heng Hui leads Kairos Integrated Food Solutions, helping companies navigate the intersection of food safety, nutrition, and technology. Her work in applied R&D focuses on developing functional food solutions for specific population groups. She is a strong advocate of “Food as Medicine” and has recently driven thought leadership in preventive nutrition for women’s health, including perimenopause and caregiving resilience. Dr Gan currently serves as a food and beverage specialist at GourmetPro, a technical expert with Innovation Partner for Impact (IPI), and actively contributes to Singapore’s food standards development under Enterprise Singapore–Singapore Standards Development.
