Suman is the Science Team Leader for the Digestion and Metabolic Health team at the New Zealand Institute for Bioeconomy Science Limited. The team conducts research on the structure, properties, and interactions of foods in relation to metabolic health, with a particular focus on blood glucose regulation and digestive health.
