Liu Feng holds a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition from Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon in France. He has over 20 years’ of experience in the field of nutrition science, working in several multi-national food & beverages companies in different roles focusing on nutrition-centric product development, clinical research, nutrition communication, nutrition standard & policy. Currently, as the R&D Senior Director, Life sciences at PepsiCo APAC R & D Center, he is responsible to drive nutrition agenda in APAC & AMESA. He’s a member of the Wholegrain committee under Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology and also a member of the Bakery & Confectionery committee under Shanghai Society of Food Science
