With over 20 years of experience in clinical research and international regulatory affairs, she holds a PhD in hormones and ageing from the University of Sydney. She is passionate about building the evidence base for supplements and herbal extracts, bridging science and real-world health solutions to support healthy ageing and improve quality of life.
