Zhanyou received his PhD from Osaka University and has extensive experience in food and dairy R&D. He is a member of the International Dairy Federation (IDF) Standing Committee on Dairy Science and Technology and the Technological Committee of the Chinese Dairy Industry Association. Additionally, he is a standing member of the council of the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology.
